The Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is a family of SBA 8(a), HUBZone, SDB (Small Disadvantaged Business), and other companies wholly–owned by one of the largest tribes in Alaska.

8(A) SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTS
The THTBC family of companies includes 8(a) entities that can receive sole source contracts of up to $25M ($100M for DoD agencies) without justification. 8(a) sole sourced awards cannot be protested.
HUBZONE
Our portfolio also includes HUBZone entities that can receive sole source contracts of up to $4.5M. HUBZone entities are also entitled to a 10% price evaluation preference in full and open competitions.
INDIAN INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The Indian Incentive Program offers prime contractors a 5% rebate on the total amount subcontracted to a Native American–owned company.
DoD contracts that contain DFARS Clause 252.226-7001, Utilization of Indian Organizations, Indian-Owned Economic Enterprises, and Native Hawaiian Small Business Concerns, are eligible for these incentive payments provided the subcontract amount is at least $500,000.
