Scope of Work:
Cutting grass or weeds with a mower, riding or hand, trim hedges and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and wells, using hedge trimmers, weed eaters, clippers and edging tools; hand weed-pulling, raking, mulching landscapes; May drive ATV’s, Kubota’s and other small equipment or Tractors; other related duties as assigned. On a continuous basis must be able to pull, push, lift or carry for 50 feet, sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and twist for varying periods in the course of work.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some directly related experience preferred and/or formal vocational/technical training and be physically able to handle the job responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
