Scope of Work:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive system performance analysis, testing, and acceptance processes in alignment with design specifications. They will be adept at developing detailed reports and concise briefings related to both software and hardware engineering projects. Must be well versed in Power Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform in-depth system performance analysis, conducting tests and evaluations against established design specifications.
  2. Develop comprehensive reports and briefings pertaining to software and hardware engineering projects, outlining findings and recommendations.
  3. Investigate and analyze unique or highly technical issues, offering technical assistance in the development and implementation of procedures and methods to address these challenges.
  4. Review and assess complex in-process rejections and trends, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal company departments to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and quality-related issues.
  6. Analyze and evaluate Preventive Maintenance techniques, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement and improvement.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis of equipment sparing levels, offering recommendations to maintain adequate equipment inventory.
  8. Provide expert recommendations in areas such as equipment and process improvement, quality engineering, and software quality enhancement.
  9. Conduct comprehensive analysis of systems, equipment, and software to identify failure modes, executing root cause analyses.
  10. Demonstrate an extensive understanding and application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in problem-solving.
  11. Work autonomously with only general direction, offering technical solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in systems performance analysis, hardware/software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders including customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to challenging technical problems.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of technical principles and methodologies.
