Contract Description
Our team will be responsible for complete Base Maintenance at the USCG YARD for the next five years. We are responsible for the appearance and functionality of the base and it is our job to ensure that our responsibilities are met in a manner that exceeds the expectations of each and every person at USCG YARD.
KIRA will have several primary responsibilities at the base, which include maintenance and operations of buildings and structures, pest control, fire protection and safety, refuse and recycling, elevator maintenance, HVAC and refrigeration, grounds maintenance, and electrical and water distribution systems.
