KIRA is a fee sharing teammate of CSC on the
AUTEC BOS contract
Under the terms of KIRA’s 15- year contract with
CSC, KIRA receives fee based on the percentage of work KIRA performs on
the contract. The contract is currently in year 3 of 15 years.
Partners
KIRA's corporate philosophy includes treating our vendors, subcontractors
and teaming partners as an inclusive part of KIRA. This attitude begins
during the proposal phase and continues as we review their statement of
work, proposal, and contract on a regular basis. Examples of successful
relationships include:
- KIRA owns 10% of All Star Management. LLC. This company performs facilities
maintenance services under Privatization contracts. ASM is located in
Killeen, Texas. The company was awarded the Fort Hood Housing maintenance
contract. This is the largest housing maintenance contract in the Army.
KIRA’s partners in ASM are All Star Maintenance and Sundt, Actus
Bland. Each of those entities owns 45%.
- KIRA owns 30% of Embassy Support Services, LLC. This company was formed
in 2007 to provide facilities maintenance (BOS) services to United States
Department of State customers including overseas embassies. KIRA’s
partner in this endeavor is Agility Logistics. Agility owns 70 percent
of the company. The company has only submitted one bid to date, which
related to maintenance of the embassy in Baghdad. ESS made the finals
but ultimately lost to PAE division of Lockheed Martin.
- KIRA owns 40% of CH2M HILL Air Force Academy Services, LLC. This company
was created to bid and execute the US Air Force Academy BOS contract.
KIRA’s partner is CH2M HILL, who owns 60% of the company.
- KIRA is a fee sharing teammate of CSC on the AUTEC BOS contract. Under
the terms of KIRA’s 1- year contract with CSC, KIRA receives fee
based on the percentage of work KIRA performs on the contract. The contract
is currently in year 3 of 15 years.
- KIRA is a teammate of CH2M HILL on the USAF Construction MATOC awarded
by the USACE Philadelphia district. Under the terms of the agreement,
CH2M HILL is a subcontractor to KIRA and will perform approximately 40%
of any tasks awarded to the team. To date no tasks have been awarded.
- KIRA is a subcontractor to an 8(a) firm, OT Trans, at Patrick Air Force
Base, Florida. Under the terms of this agreement, KIRA performs between
40 and 49% of any work awarded to OT Trans on this 8(a) contract.
