KIRA is always eager to hear from both potential corporate partners interested in bidding on a job, and from local suppliers of goods and services.
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Stimulus Package)
The recent Stimulus Package represents tremendous growth opportunities for KIRA. There is $130 Billion allocated for construction-related projects. Most of this money is dedicated to facility renovation, repair and upgrades – the exact type of work KIRA focuses on. There is the potential for KIRA to expand its operation significantly in connection with these activities.
Reset activities as troops return from Iraq will result in billions of dollars in new spending. KIRA anticipates growth as these troops return stateside and their facilities require make ready operations. KIRA will perform some of these functions directly for the government while other work will be subcontracted to KIRA from logistic contractors. KIRA has significant experience in these types of activities as a result of the company’s work in connection with troops relocating stateside from Korea and Germany as part of BRAC.
