Founded by Carlos Garcia in 1987 with just $2,000 in start-up funds, KIRA is among the fastest growing Department of Defense facility maintenance and construction contractors in the United States. The company currently has over 800 full-time employees, over 10,000 subcontractors and operates in 30 locations under multi-year contracts. The company has a backlog of several hundred million dollars of work.
