At NAS Lemoore, KIRA's

Base Operating Support Services Contract provided multi-functional support to the United States Navy at NAS Lemoore, CA. The contract involves program management, facilities/housing support, grounds/landscaping maintenance, supply operations, minor construction, industrial trades, work management, environmental services, quality control, project estimating, equipment maintenance, refuse collection, pest control, safety and related services.

Current Construction Projects

USACE IDIQ MATOC - KIRA is a teammate of CH2M HILL on the USAF Construction MATOC awarded by the USACE Philadelphia district. Under the terms of the agreement, CH2M HILL is a subcontractor to KIRA and will perform approximately 40% of any tasks awarded to the team. To date no tasks have been awarded.

Fort Carson, CO & Fort Belvoir, VA - KIRA executes a variety of construction projects ranging in size and scope under these Base Operating Support Services contracts.

KIRA "Restore America"

KIRA takes great pride in the restoration and maintenance of historical homes. “Restore America,” a national television series featured a major KIRA restoration of a landmarked 5,000-square-foot home. A second landmarked historic restoration earned a Historical Society Award. The house was ultimately sold to a Fortune 500 chief executive officer. Each of these two projects had a value in excess of $1 million. KIRA has also maintained historic houses on military bases, providing each with the specialized care to maintain the integrity of the homes as well as to stay in compliance with local laws and regulations.
